Role Overview:

The Sales Operations Specialist is an important role at RWA, where you will be streamlining our sales processes, ensuring top notch customer interactions, and helping our sales team succeed. Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Coordination: Manage the sales team's calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling.
2. Communication: Respond to prospect via text and email, while keeping the sales team informed.
3. CRM Management: Maintain our sales CRM ensuring data accuracy.
4. Sales Support: Engage in sales discussions, understand our process, and assist when required.
5. Appointment Confirmation: Use text, email reminders and also calling and speaking with the prospect to confirm appointments.
6. Reporting: Generate reports for the VP of Sales and assess lead quality.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Night Owl: Ability to work 9pm to 8am (Manila time).
- Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets.
- Must have excellent English writing and Communication skills + sense of humor (we love happy positive people)
- Organized, able to prioritize tasks.
- Adaptable and proactive.
- Commitment of at least 40 hours per week.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Embodiment of RWA’s core values.

Other Details:

Shift: Night Owl position, 9pm to 8am (Manila time).
Compensation: Competitive with performance bonuses.
