SMS Lead Manager

Location: Remote
Salary: $3/hour + 2% of the assignment on deals closed
Type: 20 hrs per week starting 8:30 am PDT - 12:30 pm PDT Mon - Friday
Experience Level: Entry-Level to Mid-Level
Tools Used: Smarter Contact, Go High Level
Preferred Experience: Prior SMS Marketing or Virtual Assistance is a plus

Job Overview:
I am looking for a detail-oriented and highly motivated SMS Lead Manager to join our expanding real estate investment team at Turnkey Property Solutions LLC. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate text conversations to secure appointments for our acquisitions reps via Smarter Contact and Go High Level. This role requires an individual who can efficiently multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and navigate Smarter Contact and Go High Level platforms ---------- nd tailored text messages to prospective sellers, inquiring about cash offers, novations, or terms such as creative financing.
Actively monitor and respond to incoming text messages, directing leads through the sales funnel.
Qualify leads based on criteria and set appointments for acquisitions reps.
Maintain accurate records of all text conversations and appointments set.
Provide weekly reports on activity, including number of texts sent, leads generated, and appointments set.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in using CRM software (experience with Smarter Contact and Go High Level is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal ---------- lf-starter with the ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Previous experience in SMS marketing, real estate, or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
