Lead SCALA Developer | WFH

We're looking for a Lead Scala ---------- an existing startup, the current founder is looking for an additional pair of hands (10-20 hours / week for now - potentially full-time over time). The application architecture consists of a Scala /+ Play Framework application on a PostgresQL database.

This is an existing application, so looking for someone to implement enhancements, changes, etc.

Must-have:
- Senior (7+ years) experience in Scala development
- Experienced with Play Framework
- Experienced with PostgreSQL
- Near-fluent in English
- Values quality code, security, maintainability & performance
- Pragmatic and pro-active attitude, self-starter

Nice-to-have:
- Front-end development experience is highly appreciated!
