As a software business analyst at servicePath, you will be reporting to the product director and will become an expert in the company's CPQ+ software product. You will deeply understand stakeholder needs, and be able to articulate these needs in requirements that our agile software development team can deliver. You will maintain ownership of your projects and provide continuous feedback to the software team as the solution is being built and have the satisfaction of seeing customers delighted by the solutions we deliver.
You will have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable speaking to customer in the UK and North America
Highly developed interpersonal skills coupled with the drive and energy to play a vital role in the development of our complex software solution.
Experience as a software business analyst preferably with CPQ or CRM software with a desire to take ownership of your deliverables.
You will be asked to:
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
Document business and technical requirements.
Identify and define solutions to complex business problems (with the support of technical and subject matter experts) that will maximize the value delivered to stakeholders.
Perform User Acceptance Testing during the software development process to ensure the solutions being delivered will delight out customers.
Produce customer facing documentation for the features you deliver.
Provide input into the continuous improvement of our agile procedures and processes.
