Instructional Designer

We are looking for an educational professional who is capable of writing learning and assessment resources based on Australian National Training Packages (refer to ---------- ).

You must have a grasp of basic instructional design and adult learning theories. You must be willing and enthusiastic to learn and undergo training to be able to produce the quality of material we want to achieve.

Successful applicants will create contextualised learning materials as well as devise competency-based assessments. IDs are expected to have excellent communication skills that would enable them to have in-depth discussions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on a regular basis.

* Perform other tasks such as writing articles blogs upon request
* Excellent project management and organisational skills
* Experience with H5P content creation or other authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 is a plus
