CPA Senior Accounting Manager

Accoun10 is a new startup Canadian Remote Financial, Bookkeeping & Accounting Corporation. I am looking to bring on an experienced Senior Manager to look after the companies accountants and bookkeepers and who will be comfortable with higher level responsibilities as we grow, while working from the comfort of your home office.
• A minimum of 4 years in a Senior/Managerial role
• Degree in Accounting + CPA certification
• QBO experience is 100% required, expert preferred, other bookkeeping software a plus
• Critical thinking and problem solver
• Very strong English language abilities: verbal, comprehension and written
• Excel expert
• Must be able to interact at a high level with overseas clients when required
• If necessary can fire a worker properly
• Will need to wear a few different work hats in the beginning

Nice to have experience:

• MBA would be a plus
• We will service many industries so experience with Strata Property Management, Real Estate, Legal, Banking, Healthcare, Construction, Manufacturing, Entertainment, Education, Non-Profit, Insurance, Telecom, Hospitality, Logistics, International Accounting etc. will be a plus
