CSRs - Join the Umbrella Property Services Team!

Umbrella Property Services is a building services company looking for Rockstars with the drive to maximize their earning potential. We are looking to hire a full time, permanent Virtual Customer Service Rep to provide our customers with amazing first point contact. Our focus is to provide our team with a challenging yet rewarding work experience, all while maintaining a fun atmosphere.

We are growing and looking for an A-player CSR who can answer "YES!" to the following questions:

Do you regularly get told you're a Chatty Cathy or Chuck?
Do you exceed people's expectations on a regular basis?
Do you play to win?
Do you really, really love talking to people on the phone?
Are you professional and results driven, yet lighthearted and fun?

The CSR position is a critical role. The purpose is to ensure customers have a wow experience on the phone, via email and text message, and that details are correctly tracked and monitored in our back end systems.

Duties (included but are not limited to):
- Create a positive working environment for co-workers
- Phone calls via RingCentral to existing customers and prospects
- Email correspondence with customers and prospects
- Researching and inputting data in spreadsheets
- Complete tasks as requested in our project management system
- Daily updates to all required administrative tracking systems and CRM
- Offer feedback to improve current systems
- Daily use of our tech stack - Jobber, Company Cam, Slack, Google Suite, RingCentral, Trainual, and Loom

NON-NEGOTIABLES:
- Working hours are from 7:30am-3:30pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
- The ability to converse in English (voice work via VOIP) in a quiet environment (no working in cafes)
- A computer with two monitors or laptop with 2nd screen
- Headset with microphone
- Mouse and keyboard
- High speed internet (100mbps and greater) for video and phone calls
