Assist in conducting financial analysis and due diligence for potential industrial real estate acquisitions in Montreal and Florida markets.
Review and analyze property financial statements, cash flows, market data, and other relevant information to support investment viability assessments.
Assist in performing underwriting tasks, including cash flow projections, income analysis, and risk assessment for potential acquisitions.
Collaborate with the acquisitions team to gather and organize relevant property data and documents.
Stay updated on local market trends, industry regulations, and economic factors impacting the industrial real estate sector.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
Support senior underwriters in negotiations and deal structuring processes.
