The ideal candidate will be responsible for uploading videos to YouTube, crafting compelling descriptions, and optimizing viewer engagement through the use of cards and end screens. Beyond YouTube, the specialist will syndicate our content across various social media platforms, ensuring our brand message is consistent and reaches a wide audience. The primary KPI for this role will be video views and impressions.

- 5x Video views and impressions across all platforms: Consistent growth in video views and impressions month-over-month across all platforms.
- 5x Increase in the number of subscribers/followers across all platforms.

1. YOUTUBE MANAGEMENT Upload videos to our YouTube channel in a timely manner.
Write engaging and SEO-friendly video descriptions to attract viewers and improve discoverability.
Implement cards and end screens to enhance viewer engagement and direct traffic to other relevant content.
Monitor video analytics to understand viewer behavior and suggest improvements.

2. CONTENT SYNDICATION: Re-distribute videos across LinkedIn, Facebook Page, Facebook Group, Twitter, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and TikTok.
Adapt video content to fit the unique specifications and best practices of each platform.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

3. ENGAGEMENT AND GROWTH: Monitor and report on video views and impressions across all platforms.
