FORKLIFT OPERATOR/CHECKER

Responsible for the daily movement of receiving and withdrawal in the facility, and strictly adhere with the established procedure; include proper documentation, internal coordination, cargo and equipment handling. Other duties and responsibilities include:

Ensure products are safely handled, stored, arranged properly and located correctly in accordance with location coding system defined for the storage area. Responsible for the safe operation and monitoring of forklift and other equipment. Validates/ checks the actual items based on the details indicated in the document

QUALIFICATIONS:

College Level/NCII-MHE operations
With at least 3 years work experience in logistics and warehousing

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

* Proven effective communication skills both written and verbal (Filipino/English)
* Ability to operate warehousing equipment to move material through the facility (i.e. forklift) as required
* Ability to disseminate instructions clearly and work as a team leader
* Ability to handle and manage diverse individual in a team.
* Thorough knowledge of company facility, capacity, and equipment
* Able to adhere to the company policies and procedure.
* Ability to address and resolve concerns within the operations.
* Effectively communicates and reports to immediate superior.
* Good and strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a solid team environment
* Able to generate and collate accurately and time bounded monitoring/performance report.
