Qualifications:
• CPA with at least 1 year of accounting/audit experience is required
• Excellent English communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge and understanding of financial statements
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing reports

Responsibilities:
• Building valuation and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) transaction models
• Analyzing financial statements and operational information on client companies and inputting data into financial models
• Drafting of Confidential Information Memoranda (CIM) for M&A transactions
• Conducting market research on companies and industries
• Assisting the Senior Analyst in documenting company processes and procedures for marketing, valuation, consulting, and business
