SEO Expert

We need an SEO Specialist who will work as part of the SEO team and identify and implement on-page technical SEO improvements.

Duties/Responsibilities:

- Analyzes the assigned website's current search engine optimization (SEO), including site structure, page structure, and internal linking structure; identifies and makes recommendations to further optimize each area.

- Perform keyword research to find keyword opportunities for websites. Tools may include Semrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Google AutoComplete, and/or others.

- Provide recommendations for keywords to write new content for.

- Provide recommendations for keywords and phrases to add to existing pages to improve optimization.

- Recommends content revisions to improve SEO and website visibility; changes may include incorporating new keywords and improving link strategies.

- Review current pages and current content and provide recommendations.

- Able to use ChatGPT or other AI tools to assist with research, content recommendations, and content creation.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Shopify platform experience
- WordPress platform experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Thorough understanding of website optimization techniques and ranking algorithms
- Daily availability in Slack and Trello
