Need APPOINTMENT SETTERS for a US multinational company

We are a multinational Company based in Los Angeles, Ca. who works with a Corporate Financial Company in the US that are looking for Appointment Setters to contact those who applied for a job and set them up for an interview with the Managers. We need someone with good communication skills that can speak English language fluently with no strong accent since you will be conversing with professionals.
Initial Requirements:
-Has at least 6 mos experience working in an office based call center or homebased call center
-Can converse in English without stuttering
-No other jobs/part time/ business, that can affect your attendance
-NO ATTENDANCE ISSUES
-At least dual core CPU, 2gb ram, DSL connection at least 2mbps

AN AGENT WILL BE PAID ONLY IF THEIR CANDIDATE SHOWED UP FOR THE INTERVIEW) As simple as that. Leads and dialer are provided. Training is provided.
Payment: We pay weekly via BPI, BDO and Smart money transfer only.
*For the compensation an agent will be paid*
1-5 show ups you will be paid $5 each
6-9 show ups you will be paid $7 each
10 or more you will be paid $8 each
*This is for the whole week total Show Up*
