Social Media Content Manager

Looking for a content manager to create, edit, and organize our content for social media. This will start as a part-time position for 30-60 days and if we are working well together we will transition to full-time. I'm looking for a creative, responsible, reliable, and consistent person. Here are the daily tasks for the job:

Content Strategy: Together we will develop a content strategy that aligns with our goals.
Content Creation: After creating the content strategy, produce content from the raw pics and videos that will be shared.
Content Calendar: Create and manage a content calendar to schedule and post ---------- dience Engagement: Monitoring audience engagement and adjusting content strategies based on analytics.
Content Updates: Keep existing content up-to-date and organized.
Analytics: Analyzing content performance using data and metrics to refine strategies.
