While the primary task involves cold calling sellers, it's important to note that other assignments might be part of your role. Successful prior cold calling experience is a requirement, and having worked with Mojo Dialer and Propstream would be a definite advantage. Familiarity with BatchLeads, as well as scraping leads from platforms like Zillow and Craigslist, is a plus.

Collaboration is key, and we anticipate regular Skype or Zoom calls to review your progress together.

Here are the additional requirements:

Cold Calling Experience
A personal computer or Laptop with reliable internet connectivity is essential, with faster speeds being preferable.
A quiet work environment free from disruptions or excessive background noise is necessary.
Operating within the EST time zone for 20-30 hours weekly is important.
A personal smartphone is required.
