YouTube Thumbnail designer

About the job:

We are looking for a passionate thumbnail designer to assist with editing high-converting and on-brand YouTube thumbnails.

We will start on a freelance basis to get a flavour of our working relationship - and if positive, we can progress into a bigger full-time scope. Please note that we do have performance bonuses in place to reward excellence.

Ideal candidate

This role is for you, if you:

- have exceptional proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop
- have a passion for thumbnail editing
- have high-standards
- are speedy & able to work under strict deadlines and work on multiple ongoing projects
- are long-term oriented (we are still an infant company, so role growth can be massive and is in fact encouraged)
- have strong communication skills, welcome collaboration & accept feedback
- are creative, and enjoy coming up with new editing styles & bringing ideas
- stay on top of the latest market trends, softwares and styles

We hire based on ability, not experience, so this role does NOT require a wealth of experience, as long as you can showcase examples of very high quality work.
