Shopify Dropshipping Operation Manager

Role Overview:
As our Operations Manager, you'll be the engine behind our seamless day-to-day operations. Your primary focus will be on optimizing our order processing, inventory management, and customer support systems to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You'll also play a pivotal role in collaborating with our creative team and video editing experts to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and enhance our end-to-end order fulfillment process, from supplier coordination to delivery tracking.
Implement efficient inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Work closely with video editing professionals to produce engaging product videos and promotional content.
Monitor and optimize customer support processes to address inquiries and concerns promptly.
Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions.
Maintain a pulse on industry trends, e-commerce best practices, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in e-commerce operations management, preferably in a dropshipping environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with Shopify and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
