Basecamp System Designer

Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a knowledgeable and efficient individual to assist with the migration of our processes and workflows from Honeybook to Basecamp. We have an integrated proposal system that initiates our projects in Basecamp; however, the nuances of our workflows in Honeybook need to be accurately recreated in Basecamp to ensure a seamless transition. This is crucial for the benefit of our external contractors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Thoroughly understand our Honeybook processes and workflows using provided Loom videos and other resources.
Recreate the processes and workflows in Basecamp, ensuring that the system remains user-friendly and efficient for external contractors and clients.
Collaborate directly with our Virtual Assistant (VA) to understand specific requirements and to test the implemented processes.
Make recommendations and, if necessary, utilize external plugins (e.g., "to-do helpers", "tracked") to achieve the desired results.
Produce a Loom video showcasing the replicated processes in Basecamp.
Conduct test runs to guarantee the successful functioning of all processes.

Qualifications:

Demonstrable experience with Honeybook and Basecamp ---------- pacity to understand and reproduce complex workflows.
Robust communication skills with proficiency in utilizing WhatsApp for coordination.
Expertise or a willingness to learn recommended plugins swiftly.
Prior experience creating Loom videos or equivalent documentation for training or demonstration purposes.

Work Flexibility:

Hours are entirely flexible, making it ideal for those who prefer a non-traditional work schedule.
All communications will be carried out via WhatsApp.
