VA for UK Finance company to work UK hours

We are looking for a VA with excellent spoken English and good written English (doesn't have to be perfect) to work UK hours with a Commercial Finance Broker helping UK businesses raise finance.

The role will see you perform the following tasks:
-Become familiar with the kinds of finance offered (training will be given) and be able to complete applications for clients by liaising with both the client and the lender
- Shadow the client-facing colleagues and make sure that as they progress each case you know what stage it is at by updating our internal system. This will require regular calls on phone/Zoom with colleagues during the day.
- Answer the phone to clients and transferring calls (virtual phone system supplied)
- Send paperwork to clients such as requests for information and invoices
- Maintain our database of lenders
- Prepare content to update the company LinkedIn account

Your skill set will need to include:
- Excellent spoken and good written English
- A confident personality to engage with clients an colleagues to keep cases moving forward
- Being organised with a keen sense of detail
- Excellent IT skills with MS Office as a minimum but also the ability to adapt and learn other systems
- A good sense of humour. We take our work seriously but we don't take ourselves too seriously

This role will be from 9am to 5pm UK time (which is currently 7 hours ahead of Filipino time but will be with a 30 min break in the middle (we can be flexible on this). You will also get paid time off for UK public holidays and personal leave of 3-4 weeks per year.

A background in finance is not essential as we can teach you what you need to know but you do need to be organised, confident and enthusiastic.
