SHORT-TERM RENTAL EXPERT AND LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

I am looking for a Short-term Rentals Super Star to manage our current property and also to generate more leads for our company.

1. We are currently on Airbnb/VRBO/Trip Advisor and Furnished Finder
2. We need a Leasing Agent who will be responsible for marketing and filling our property to full capacity.
3. This person should be able to effectively manage and coordinate leasing activities and have the available resources in order to accomplish property objectives and maximize occupancy levels and property values for our company.
4. This person must have experience in handling all of STR listings. You should be able to do everything from the ground up such as: make the listings, create the content (content writing), and coordinate with me.
5. Our goal is to achieve full capacity and attain “Super Host” status.
6. You should be able to close monitor bookings, respond to guests' inquiries right away, coordinate with management, and respond to guests in a timely manner.
7. You must be very fluent in English and be able to easily and fluently communicate with guests.
8. With the use of Zillow and Prop stream, we will depend on you to generate more leads in highly-traffic CITIES such as Atlanta, Los Angeles, San Diego, etc.
