Responsibilities:
As an Ecommerce Generalist with Shopify expertise, you will be responsible for:
Shopify Management:
Maintaining and optimizing our Shopify store, ensuring product listings are accurate, engaging, and up to date.
Managing inventory levels, tracking product availability, and making necessary adjustments.
Collaborating with the design and marketing teams to ensure the website reflects our brand image and promotions effectively.
Customer Support:
Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via
Providing timely and courteous responses, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Identifying patterns in customer inquiries and working with the team to develop proactive solutions.
Product Listings:
Creating, editing, and optimizing product listings with compelling descriptions, images, and relevant information.
Conducting regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Implementing SEO best practices to improve product discoverability and search rankings.
Ecommerce Operations:
Assisting in order processing, shipment tracking, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Identifying areas for process improvement and actively participating in implementing solutions.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in using Shopify, with a deep understanding of its features and functionality.
Proven experience in customer support, with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and update product listings accurately.
Adept at multitasking and managing various operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and their application in ecommerce.
Previous experience in an ecommerce or online retail environment is a plus.
