App developer WITH EXPERIENCE

I need an app developer to develop some apps I have in mind I do not have the capabilities to develop an app and would love to use someone’s talents to collaborate and create some amazing apps that will help the world. I am only interested in serious candidates, and you need experience to enter this application, my idea involves banking apps so if anyone has any experience in that sort of thing that will be great, but just looking for a really good app developer who can create apps very fast and create great products.
