Email Marketing Assistant

Who we're looking for:
We're growing and looking for an easy to work with person with experience in email marketing to join our small team. As a small team we all wear multiple hats to get the job done and work very well together. The ideal candidate will have excellent English written communication and experience with email marketing (preferably Klayviyo and Shopify). Ability to anticipate needs, collaborate and take ownership of your work is a plus.

Who we are:
We're an athletic wear brand specializing in martial arts apparel. Since we were founded in Brooklyn, NY 4years ago we've grown and need help with creating and managing our email marketing. We're looking for people that we can grow our team with.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Map out client content calendars and email strategy at the beginning of each month.
2. Develop and manage the execution of email campaigns.
3. Write persuasive sales copy for all email campaigns.
4. Create visually appealing emails according to client brand standards.
5. Develop and maintain audience segmentation strategies
6. Analyze email performance and data and make improvements.
7. Report email performance data to internal team and clients.
8. Configure, analyze, and maintain automated email flows.
9. Stay up to date on best practices for eCommerce email marketers.
