Insurance Claim Xactimate Estimator

Proactive Public Adjusting Group is in search of a proactive and diligent Xactimate Estimator to join our team. Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the insurance claim process, especially in estimating roofing projects and interior loss damages. Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurately drawing roof and room sketches using Xactimate.
2. Estimating roofing projects and interior loss damages for insurance claims.
3. Navigating the insurance claim process effectively, from initiation to closure.
4. Supplementing estimates to ensure all necessary items are included.
5. Clearly explaining and justifying the estimate to both coworkers and insurance adjusters to secure approval.
6. Conducting phone calls with clarity and confidence, whether it's with clients, coworkers, or insurance representatives.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in Xactimate and insurance claim estimation.
2. Strong understanding of the insurance claim process and supplementing.
3. Ability to draw detailed and accurate sketches of roofs and rooms.
4. Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
5. Comfortable with phone calls and adept at explaining intricate details to various stakeholders.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with an ability to anticipate needs and potential issues before they arise.
