Role Overview:
As a Social Media Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of crafting engaging content and driving growth on TikTok and Instagram. Working closely with our clients, you'll be responsible for developing content calendars, creating compelling posts, and engaging with their audiences.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative content strategies for TikTok and Instagram accounts.
Create visually appealing and engaging posts that align with clients' brand identities.
Consistently publish a minimum of 3 posts daily for each account.
Monitor comments, messages, and interactions, responding thoughtfully and promptly.
Collaborate with clients to align strategies with their goals and values.
Analyze performance data and insights to optimize strategies for improved reach and engagement.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram.
Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and graphic design.
Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and meet posting schedules.

This position offers a unique commission-based compensation structure. You will earn a generous 50% commission based on the revenue generated from the accounts you manage. As you help drive growth and success, your earnings will directly reflect your impact.
