Scrape X (Twitter) Data Using the Latest Basic ($100/month) API v2 Account

This job is a preliminary requirement for the thesis that I am writing for my masters degree. First requirement is for me to scrape data using the Basic account ($100/month) in X (formerly known as Twitter). I already have the list of the words/hash tags that will be searched, also, the possible stop words (words to be excluded in the search). I need to conduct sentiment analysis in suicide in the Philippines (PH) using the country's (location) Twitter data. As per Twitter Basic account, I can have at most 10k tweets that could be retrieved. Your job is to create the needed code based on the requirements above as per Twitter's process and I would need to replicate/do it using my own Twitter account (Basic access).
