JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a full time customer support rep who WILL NOT settle for average in anything they do.

Salary starts at $500 a month but has potential of up to $600 - $800 a month depending on your performance.

Your jobs will be:
-Respond to email through Freshdesk and social media comments
-Keep track of the status of all orders and communicate with our supplier
-Come up with ideas to improve our product based on negative customer feedback
-Build automations and canned responses on Freshdesk
-Write blog posts to educate customers on their problems and our product

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Freshdesk
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets

Trail Task:

Demonstrate your customer service by responding to these sample tickets:

1. Ticket: I purchased two of your foot massagers. First, the boxes and instructions were in Chinese I assume. And when I tried to use it, both device won't work at all. How do I go about getting a refund? I spend almost one hundred dollars and can't use either. Very disappointed. I really wanted to use the product.

2. Ticket: I paid extra for Priority Processing. My item hasn't even been entered into the system yet! What is the hold up?

3. Ticket: You don't offer visa on your website.

Last Question:
What would you do if you get lots of tickets saying there is a defect in the product?
