Automation Specialist

As an Automation Specialist at Jumper Media, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows using Zapier and Make. Your expertise in Zapier's and Make's capabilities will play a pivotal role in improving productivity, enhancing data accuracy, and accelerating various business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, customize workflows, and ensure seamless integration between different tools and systems.


Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize automated workflows using Zapier and Make to connect various apps and tools.
- Ensure smooth integration between different platforms, databases, and software applications.
- Analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Thoroughly test automated workflows to ensure they function as intended, and troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
- Create comprehensive documentation of workflows, including setup instructions and troubleshooting guides.
- Monitor automated processes, proactively address errors, and perform necessary updates and maintenance.

Qualifications
- 3 years of professional experience as an Automation Specialist or similar role
- Proven expertise in using Zapier and Make to create complex automated workflows
- Solid understanding of API integrations, data mapping, and transformation processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical tea ---------- mbers
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
