API integration + custom workflow (wordpress plugin?)

Hello! I need to create something that will catch contact submissions from Elementor Pro to create a lead in SalesMsg, tag them, and start the following workflow:

1. Tag lead
2. Send email (google workspace)
3. Wait 2 min.
4. SMS
5. Wait (24 hours)
6. SMS
7. Wait (3 days)
8. SMS
9. Wait (7 days)
10. SMS

Notes:

-This workflow is NOT a native feature of SalesMsg (SalesMsg has its own workflow templates, they are very basic and I need my own)
-The workflow must end as soon as the lead responds.
-I have many (20+) landing pages using the exact same form but with different branding. I need them all to work the same but with different tags. Each different tag will initiate the workflow from a different phone number.
-Preference for an option that does not involve Zapier. Stronger preference for a custom wordpress plugin that can easily be managed!

Pay is $250 through paypal or ---------- . Not interested in partial work for partial payment. Payment comes when the work is complete, but i have my own PH references that you can talk to.
