Junior Graphic Designer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually appealing and impactful designs for print on demand products, general brand assets, and engaging social media content. You will collaborate closely with a team of skilled designers to elevate our brand's visual identity and deliver exceptional design solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop eye-catching and innovative designs for a wide range of print on demand products, including apparel, accessories, and merchandise.
Create compelling visual assets for our brand, including logos, icons, banners, and other marketing materials.
Craft engaging social media content that aligns with our brand's tone and messaging, enhancing our online presence and user engagement.
Collaborate with the graphic design team to brainstorm, concept, and execute design projects that meet both creative and strategic objectives.
Translate creative briefs into visually appealing design concepts that resonate with target audiences.
Maintain brand consistency across all design projects, ensuring that all visual elements adhere to established brand guidelines.
Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the ---------- municate effectively with tea ---------- mbers, stakeholders, and clients to understand project requirements and provide design updates.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work even under tight timelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (Desirable) in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably with a focus on print on demand products and brand assets.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is essential.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including print on demand products, branding, and social media content.
Solid understanding of design principles, layout composition, typography, and color theory.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, sharing ideas and providing constructive feedback.
Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and rationale to tea ---------- mbers and ---------- tail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies.
Experience in e-commerce and familiarity with print on demand platforms is a plus.
