Web Designer for a Digital Marketing Agency

Responsibilities/Duties generally include but are not limited to:

Plan, propose, and create task/project briefs on eye catching print and digital materials such as but not limited to web page design, marketing collaterals, logos, branding, posters, presentations, and the like.
Focuses on providing ideas and direction on web design, social media assets, blog and email headers, and the likes.
Familiarize and understand design patterns and/or language for each client and ensure that it is consistently being applied, while also introducing improved pegs or style from time to time.
UX application and understanding for a variety of clients in different fields.
Originality and Creativity in UI design from a UX perspective.
Must be able to work under a fast-paced ---------- municate and work with a team of designers and different department managers/members in creating and revising client’s design requirements.

Requirements / Qualifications:

Your degree is irrelevant.
UX/UI web page design is REQUIRED. Main program used is Figma.
Knowledgeable in different editing software such as but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, and Figma (Required).
Knowledge in basic video editing is an advantage but not required.
Familiarity with layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the ---------- anized and detail oriented.
Creativity and originality.
Experience in digital marketing is a PLUS
Have worked remotely for an American company/timezone with Filipino tea ---------- mbers.
At least 8GB RAM to handle multiple web-based applications, wired unlimited internet connection (involves heavy file up/downloads, consumable subscription is not enough), working camera for tea ---------- etings, and a comfortable + zero distraction work space/office.
With at least 20mbps internet speed

Who we aren’t going to consider:

Anyone currently working with a direct competitor.
Someone with any chance of possible overlapping schedules within our business hours regardless of your assigned shift (We’ll be able to know, of course. Even if you don’t tell us, so don’t try.)
Lack of any experience working with a remote team and a foreign clientele.
If you prefer working independently or without consistent team collaboration.
