Email Graphic Designer

We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to assist our email design team with ad and marketing materials for DRMTLGY. This role will require someone who is comfortable working with tight deadlines and is very organized with their time.

Must-Have Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, to craft stunning visuals that resonate with our brand
identity.
- Impeccable attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of every email design.
- A strong commitment to meeting project deadlines and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adherence to brand guidelines and the ability to take direction from upper management to maintain consistent visual
branding across all email communications.
- Capability to work efficiently and effectively, potentially handling the design of 4 or more emails in a single day.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Experience in creating animated GIFs to enhance the visual appeal of our email campaigns.
- Familiarity with skincare or [Company's Specific Industry], allowing you to connect more deeply with our target audience.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo, a significant advantage that will streamline your integration into our email marketing processes.
- Creative thinking that goes beyond the conventional, enabling you to propose and develop unique design options that

- A portfolio of past work showcasing your email design expertise, including examples of successful email campaigns.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and design engaging email campaigns that align with our brand
messaging.
- Develop visually compelling GIFs and static visuals that enhance the overall appeal of our email communications.
- Ensure consistent adherence to brand guidelines and direction from upper management.
- Work swiftly and effectively to meet project deadlines, potentially handling multiple email design projects in a day.
- Provide creative input and propose alternative design options to continuously improve campaign visuals.
- Utilize your expertise in Klaviyo to optimize the design and layout of email templates for maximum impact.

Qualifications:

- 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong emphasis on email marketing design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your email design expertise and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality design work on time.
- Familiarity with skincare or [Company's Specific Industry] is a plus.
- Experience with Klaviyo is highly advantageous.
