Guest Communicator

Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and attentive Airbnb and ---------- Guest Communicator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that guests have an exceptional travel experience, from the ---------- nt they inquire about a listing until they check out.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction: Communicate efficiently and promptly with prospective and existing guests to answer questions, address concerns, and provide recommendations.
Booking Management: Confirm reservations, manage booking modifications, cancellations, and communicate house rules.
Enhance Guest Experience: Provide guests with tailored recommendations such as local attractions, events, dining options, and any other information that will enhance their stay.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from guests post-stay and communicate it with the host team to continually improve the guest experience.

Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any guest-related issues or disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Platform Management: Stay updated with Airbnb and ---------- ’s platform changes, policies, and new features to ensure effective communication with guests.
Reporting: Maintain and report on guest communication metrics, feedback, and other relevant data to the management team.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in a customer service, hospitality, or communication role.
Familiarity with the Airbnb and ---------- platforms and its functionalities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, but not essential
Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
