Online Secretary

This position offers you flexible 4 hours (You can work whenever you want) with starting $2.5 per hour within the first month, with a potential increase to $5 per hour within six months of ---------- eely take break if you need and want to have you 7 days a week.

-Position:
As an Online administrator, you will be in charge of
- email / Airbnb Response for clients' inquiry
- Secretary to support Board members such as Calendar organization and Receipt upload
- Marketing related activities (training will be provided if needed)
- Other administrative task

We are seeking a talented Secretary to join our team. As a Secretary, you will be responsible for some of customers response, managing receipts and calendar, and other.
We are running Airbnb / VRBO accommodation and would like to teach and grow together!
-Responsibilities:
Customer Service to our client and improve current customer service setup
Organize receipt, calendar and others.
Create visually appealing and effective marketing materials for a variety of channels, including digital and print ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, and more
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Work with external vendors and contractors as needed
-Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Creative and willing to learn something you have done before
-Nice to have:
Online Content Management System experience such as Wix
Promotional card or contents making platform experience such as Canva
Familiar with Airbnb, VRBO or Instagram
