You'll be required to work 7am to 11am CST Monday to Friday

You'll also be required to take a paid test on the current brands we're working with just to see if you are a good fit for the position.

We are seeking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand email creatives and other marketing collaterals.

Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you. The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle the creatives for email and other marketing collaterals
Conceptualize visuals based on client requirements and specifications
Design emails, and other marketing collaterals
Study design briefs and create visuals aligned with clients’ brand guidelines
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Amend design after feedback
Work hand in hand with the Email Marketing Manager and the marketing team to produce designs based on requirements
Ensure designs are visually appealing and on-brand
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary
Communicate with tea ---------- mbers if needed about layout and design
Report progress (daily/weekly/monthly)
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Other tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:
2-3 years of Graphic Designing experience
Experience working in or with a creative, marketing, and advertising agency
Experience with Illustrator , Photoshop, Figma, Adobe, Animated emails with effects or/and any other software design platforms
Must have experience designing emails
E-commerce experience
Must have a keen eye for details
Must have a compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
Must have a strong eye for visual composition
Effective time management with an ability to meet deadlines
