Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Golf Cart Geeks. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and support, resolving their queries, and driving customer satisfaction. This is a remote position for an offshore employee, and our business operates on Shopify.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers through
- Respond to customer queries regarding orders, product information, returns, refunds, and other concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate with customers to provide product recommendations, troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to enhance their golf cart experience
- Coordinate with our fulfillment team to ensure accurate order processing and delivery
- Keep up-to-date with our product offerings, industry trends, and competitors to provide accurate and informed information to our customers
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products to customers
- Collaborate with our marketing and sales team to improve customer experience and drive growth
- Use Shopify and other relevant tools to manage and process orders and customer data
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Should be able to multitask with taking calls and answering
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or automotive industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Proficient in using Shopify and other relevant customer service tools
- Knowledge of golf carts and their components is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary communication technology
Requirements:
- Must have a strong internet connection to work efficiently.
- Must have back up internet incase there is a loss of power
- Must be able to work US hours.
- Must have a backup computer in case the main one is un-usable.
- MUST have a quite place to work.
