Head Of Operations

The Head Of Operations will lead the operational functions of the company, ensuring that all teams work together to deliver efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. This role is vital in implementing strategies that align with the company's mission and vision, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the executive team to develop operational strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
Analyze current operational processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring alignment with company values, goals, and performance standards.
Manage the operational budget, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures where necessary.
Work closely with in-house Developers and other departments to integrate and leverage technology in enhancing operational ---------- velop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, or a related field.
With at least 1 year of experience in lead and/or operations management in any field, preferably in the tech or BPO industry

Skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with various industry software and technology platforms.
Certification in Project Management is a plus
