Content Manager - Grooming Industry

Freebird Headcare is dedicated to providing top-notch ecommerce solutions in the headcare industry. We're currently on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated SEO Content Manager. The successful candidate will have the responsibility of managing various projects, and ensuring they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

Location:
Remote, Work From Home

Key Responsibilities:
Long-form articles & guides: Craft comprehensive content focusing on grooming, shaving, personal care, and head shaving.

Content Creation & Management: Seamlessly transform content briefs from initial ideas to live pieces, taking charge of copywriting, editing, imagery coordination, and platform management (Storipress and Shopify).

Content Optimization: Periodically refine older content, ensuring its current relevance and SEO ---------- petitor Analysis: Keep a vigilant eye on industry competitors, extracting valuable insights to stay ahead in the content ---------- munity Engagement: Actively engage on forums and Q&A platforms, creating brand evangelists and driving organic traffic.

Guest Blogging: Collaborate with well-regarded blogs and websites to enhance our brand's visibility and digital footprint.

The selected candidate will report directly to our Head of SEO & Content, collaborating closely on devising innovative strategies and refining processes.


Bonus Skills:
Basic graphic design experience.
Proficiency with Surfer or other leading SEO tools.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in content writing with a demonstrated SEO focus.
Strong research skills with a knack for unearthing unique insights.
Familiarity with digital content platforms, especially Storipress and Shopify.
A keen eye for detail, ensuring content accuracy and consistency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving brand needs.
