Position: Recruiter (Remote)
Location: Philippines

Curacubby is a pioneering entity in early childhood education and known for its dedication to innovation, excellence, and sustainable growth. We are expanding our team and looking for a Recruiter who specializes in remote hiring, reflecting our commitment to quality and forward-thinking.

Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job portals, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract high-quality remote talent.
2. Screening & Assessment: Conduct meticulous screening of applications, assessing candidates against specific job requirements to ensure a strong fit.
3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage remote interviews, providing candidates with a positive and professional experience.
4. Offer Preparation & Negotiation: Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare and negotiate offers, ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.
5. Onboarding Assistance: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, creating a seamless transition into the organization.
6. Market Research & Trends Analysis: Stay abreast of recruitment trends, labor laws, and market insights to maintain a competitive edge.
7. Reporting & Collaboration: Regularly communicate with tea ---------- mbers and provide reports on recruitment activities, successes, and challenges.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 Years' Experience in remote recruitment, demonstrating success in diverse hiring initiatives.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with recruitment software, ATS, and remote interview technologies.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative & Innovative Mindset: Willingness to work as part of a team and adapt to new recruitment techniques and strategies.

Preferred Skills:
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with helping U.S. companies hire in the Phillipines preferred.
- Adaptability & Resourcefulness: Ability to navigate complex recruitment landscapes and deliver results.
