We are seeking a creative and dynamic Instagram Theme Page Manager to join our team and take charge of our portfolio of theme-based Instagram pages. As the Instagram Theme Page Manager, you will be responsible for curating, creating, and managing engaging content that aligns with our themes, while staying up-to-date with the latest trends and strategies to drive growth and engagement on our pages.

Responsibilities:
- Curate, create, and schedule high-quality and visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience for each theme page.
- Utilize editing skills to produce captivating visuals, graphics, and videos, maintaining a high standard of content quality.
- Repost and adapt content for other platforms like Snapchat, ensuring cross-platform consistency and engagement.
- Monitor and manage the inbox, promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community engagement.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, hashtags, and strategies within theme-based Instagram pages to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.
- Collaborate with the design team to create captivating visuals, graphics, and videos that enhance the overall aesthetic of our pages.
- Research and implement effective growth strategies to attract new followers, increase engagement, and enhance overall page visibility.
- Analyze key performance metrics, such as engagement rate, reach, and follower growth, to identify areas for improvement and refine content strategies.
- Experiment with different content formats and posting schedules to optimize engagement and reach.
- Identify potential partnerships, collaborations, and influencer opportunities to expand our theme page network.
- Keep a close eye on competitor theme pages and industry trends, adapting our strategies accordingly.
- Spanish language skills are an advantage, as it will enable engagement with a broader audience.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Instagram theme pages and a solid understanding of content curation, creation, and engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in using Instagram's features, analytics tools, and third-party scheduling apps.
- Strong editing skills to produce high-quality visuals, graphics, and videos.
- Experience in reposting and adapting content for other platforms like Snapchat.
- Strong grasp of current trends, hashtags, and tactics within the theme page community.
- Creativity and an eye for aesthetics, with the ability to create compelling visual content.
