Rocky Mountain Oils (RMO) is a growing, fast-paced, direct-to-consumer eCommerce company operating in the essential oil, health and wellness industry run by a power couple, Michael and Phoenix Vincent. RMO sells premium grade essential oils to help families take control of their health and wellness. Our customers are looking for a premium experience not only in the oils we deliver, but in the web properties and customer service we provide. Role and Responsibilities:
As our AI Expert and Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing our team and driving results through the implementation of AI strategies and efficient project management. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Shadowing our CEO and managers to learn their roles and help them be more effective utilizing AI where possible, and helping drive accountabilities and KPIs.
- Practical AI Implementation: Take the lead in promoting the practical application of AI technologies within the group's businesses, identifying suitable AI tools, and providing guidance on their implementation.
- Individual Consultations: Spend dedicated time with each person on the team, understanding their specific needs, and devising personalized strategies to utilize AI for increased efficiency and profitability.
-Additional tasks will be assisting in supporting Michael and Phoenix in their leadership within the Lion's Think Tank group - a group of 7-9 figure entreprenuers that are an invite-only group organized within the Tony Robbins community.

Required Software/Tools:
The Virtual Assistant should have expertise in various AI tools and applications. Additionally, familiarity with the following platforms will be a plus:

Qualities Desired in the VA:
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Demonstrates exceptional follow-through on tasks and projects.
- Strong self-drive and motivation to work independently.
- Proactive in identifying areas where AI can be implemented for business improvement.

Working Hours and Time Zone:
Hours per week: 40 hours
Hourly Rate: $6-8
The VA's working hours should align with the client's time zone (EST), specifically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
