Position: Experienced Data Entry Specialist

Location: Remote

Salary: $500 a month with large bonus options for successful closings

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for searching county public records for evictions, foreclosures, and probates, and logging all the previous day's new cases by 9 am EST. This position requires strong data research and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Google Sheets.

Responsibilities:
Searching and logging relevant information from county public records daily
Using Google Sheets and other tools to manage and organize data
Participating in weekly tea ---------- etings via Zoom
Collaborating with tea ---------- mbers to achieve company goals
Utilizing strong data research and problem-solving skills
Flexible schedule allowing for personal work-hour selection

Qualifications:
Must speak English fluently
Comfortable using Google Sheets
Strong data research and problem-solving skills
Reliable internet and a fast computer
Must be available for attending a weekly tea ---------- eting on Zoom

Preferred Skills:
Experience using REISift CRM (not required, but a huge bonus)
Prior experience data research in the real estate industry
