Need a Hiring Manager to prepare offer letter

Hi -

I am looking for a hiring manager to prepare offer letter for my Philippines full time employees whom I am hiring.

The most important in the offer letter is the compensation details including the salary. For the salary, I want to have levels that a candidate will belong to, and each level will come up with their own responsibilities and ownership. Each levels will have a salary range, and once they reach the end of the salary range, they need to move to the next level.

What I want you help is, define these levels for her role, and identify based on her current work outcome, which role she belongs.

He currently full time salary is 35,000 Philippino peaso but I want to finalize it based on her ---------- her offer level, we need to call out her level and her work expectations based on the levels.

Also include the salary revision policies and how often we do it, and what is the process we do this.

You will drive this work for me, with minimal supervision from my side.

My thinking is you can finish this in maximum 2 business days (more than this time, we are overdoing it), and for a quote of $40. Your work involves defining the levels, evaluating her work to d ---------- which level she belongs, finalizing the future compensation review process, finalizing her salary, and preparing the final offer letter that I would like her to sign.
