Serenity Clean is seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our residential cleaning service by effectively handling incoming sales calls, following up with potential clients in the sales pipeline, and converting leads into booked appointments. Your exceptional communication skills, crystal-clear neutral English accent, and dedication to delivering outstanding customer experiences will be key in achieving our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Sales Calls: Handle incoming sales calls from potential clients, actively listen to their needs and preferences, and provide detailed information about Serenity Clean's residential cleaning services.

Pipeline Management: Maintain and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing relationships with potential clients to move them towards the booking stage.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Serenity Clean's service offerings, pricing, and value proposition to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.

Booking Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into booked appointments over the phone, meeting or exceeding monthly booking targets.

Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, building rapport and trust with potential clients to create a positive impression of Serenity Clean.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, inquiries, and bookings in the company's CRM system.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, sharing insights and best practices to contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to improve sales strategies, refine communication techniques, and enhance the overall customer experience.


Qualifications and Skills:

Neutral English Accent: Demonstrated ability to communicate in crystal-clear, neutral English accent, ensuring effective comprehension and communication with English-speaking clients.

Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles, with a strong aptitude for persuasive communication and relationship building.

Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences, actively listening to client needs, and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.

Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple calls and follow-ups, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a remote setting and adjusting to changing sales strategies and priorities.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, call management tools, and other communication platforms.

Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to maintain a positive attitude even during challenging situations.
Availability: Flexible to work during the specified hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a one-hour break at noon.
