COO/Operations Manager (You love numbers and systems?)

- Managing a team of copywriter, appointment setter, technician
- Making bi-weekly & monthly performance audits
- Managing the cold email campaigns
- Building new systems & processes for better results and more
- Strategise new marketing angles for cold email campaigns

Requirements:

- You have experience managing people with a tool like Trello/Asana/Clickup etc. and building systems
- You speak & write perfect english and have a fast internet connection for calls
- You’re extremely organised and reliable
- You’re addicted to improving processes & systems without supervision
- You’re a numbers-person and make decisions based on data
- Full time, daily availability during the week until 3am (Philippines time)
