HR/Virtual Assistant - Singapore Experience

Reporting to the founder of a successful children's enrichment school in Singapore, the preferred candidate will have perhaps lived in Singapore previously, or have experience working with Singapore companies.

HR Range of tasks include:

Updating the organisational chart (preferably using L ---------- )
Create job descriptions for each role, and then liaise with each employee to ensure there role is correctly stated
Add job descriptions to Employment Hero (HR suite)
Proof reading code of conduct, and uploading to employee portal

Social Media Range of Tasks Include:

Creating posts for instagram and Facebook using ----------
Updating the content calendar - researching for related topics
Creating a library of articles for publishing on blogs etc.


General Virtual Assistant Range of Tasks Include:

Researching insurance rates/other cost savings measures
Travel planning
Researching trends

Customer Service:
Assisting the customer service team that is on the ground as required

Candidate should have an upbeat "glass half full" kind of character to fit in with the energy of the Singapore team.
