Amazon PPC Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

As our Amazon Ads Expert, you will be responsible for managing our Amazon Advertising account and helping us meet our ROAS and ad spend targets.

You will run PPC campaigns for 2 of our brands: HiEnd Accents (our contemporary bedding brand) and Paseo Road (rustic bedding niche brand).


WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage Amazon ad campaigns on end to end basis—from forecasting to executing, monitoring, evaluating and optimizing campaign performance to generate maximum revenue conversion
- Research and analyze competitor advertising links and strategize the best plan ahead for the business
- Determine and implement optimal targeting strategy, including device, location, demographics, look-alike and remarking audiences
- Launch new Amazon Ads campaigns by reviewing existing keywords, researching new keywords, etc.
- Optimize existing campaigns by adding negative keywords, adjusting targeting, modifying bidding strategy, testing different ad variations and more
- Optimize ad copy and landing pages for the best conversion
- Create daily reporting dashboard that automatically creates report on PPC performance. Share daily, weekly and monthly performance against targets
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Keep up to date with PPC best practices, keyword research, and industry trends


JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of proven experience in managing Amazon Ads campaigns
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition.
- Experience with Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads and Amazon Ads a plus, but not required
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work with our US and PH-based teams via Slack, Zoom and email
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines at once
- Multitasking and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Amazon Ads certified is a plus
- Can work 8AM - 5PM CST
