Looking for Wordpress Programmers: Well verse in PHP and Wordpress

No Past Job experience is required but you will NEEd to know how to complete the job.

I am looking for wordpress programmers who are well verse in PHP and wordpress.

Position is for Partime or full Time.

Your job will be to create template (with an admin system) and plug ins for wordpress.

In regards to the wordpress templates; I am not referring to simple templates like those created in Artisteer.
You'll need to create templates from the ground up and be able to create admin panel control where I can customize the template by pointing and clicking.
