Short-Form Video Creation For New TikTok Channel

I'm looking to create a faceless Tiktok channel using stories from Reddit, AI voiceover, a video clip as the background (typically from videogames like GTA/Subway Surfers/Minecraft). Example here: ----------

I'm looking for someone thats familiar with these channels and has prior experience creating videos like this.
- Must know how the entire process of creating these videos already
- Must know how to find stories that will be perfect for these style videos via reddit

The goal is to have these videos be at least 60 seconds long to feed into the current Tiktok Meta of longer videos which helps push the ---------- pensation will be for both flat rate for each video created (to be discussed) + a bonus for every video that hits 1,000,000+ views.

I'm looking for the person to find the stories via Reddit in the niche I give them, create the video, & I can post it for now. (Though bonus if you can also post it)

This person ideally will help me grow this team down the line and become full-time, so I do not want someone who's new or doesn't really know this style of video creation to apply for this.
