Mechanical Engineer

- Candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Male
- At least 1 to 2 year working experience in this field is required
- willing to work in Laguna
- Responsible for the development of new products and product enhancements.
- Analyze and resolve technical problems affecting current products
- Develop tools and test fixtures to be utilized by R&D and manufacturing
- Provide engineering support to Operations; train technicians for building and testing new products.
- Design and author test protocols, perform or supervise design verification and validation testing and prepare test reports.
- Participate in the design and development of new products and accessories
- Analyze technical problems affecting new and existing products and propose solutions
- Perform tolerance analysis for parts and assemblies
- Create/review product documentation including product specifications, test protocols, test reports, risk analysis documents, drawings, bills of materials, manufacturing process documents and inspection documentation
- Prepare design verification test protocols, conduct testing and prepare test reports. Support other departments with clinical design validation or manufacturing process validation activities.
- Participate in various other activities for new product development under the supervision of project engineers and engineering managers. May serve as project leader for the development of new products, product enhancements and technology development.
- Ensure compliance to company design control and quality system requirements for new or modified products
- Provide engineering support to the manufacturing and QA groups as needed
